Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we provide customised digital services, refunds are limited:

  • Before work begins → Full refund

  • After work has commenced → Partial refund based on work completed

  • After final delivery of agreed scope → No refund

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to our fault, a refund or credit may be offered.

Clients must provide required information and access in a timely manner.
Delays in client response do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), your statutory rights remain protected.
